Emergency Support Contracts

Chess IPR offers Emergency Support Contracts to assist customers in emergency situations. A Service Co-ordinator is available seven days a week to handle emergency calls. This agreement also includes the availability of a Product and Service Specialist to develop and propose solutions to decrease equipment non-availability.
